I am an independent artist from Canada who is currently living in the Netherlands. I created an original art series called Shapes of Nature which features dark and whimsical illustrations inspired by fables and fairy tales.  The main concept in the series is to reimagine fables in a world which humans have abandoned to explore themes of decay, nature reclaiming and the fragility of life.
